No physical hard copy is produced in that flow.
Abu Dhabi runs its own notarization through the ADJD with its own conditions: it expects a valid Emirates ID and does not take mandates for property sales, and the notarized document carries an additional page attesting its authenticity. The two systems are not interchangeable, and neither is the paperwork — a mandate prepared for one emirate's track may not sit in the other's session, so the destination is decided before drafting, not after.
