How much does a UAE company cost?
Pick a jurisdiction, add visas and an office option — the breakdown updates live. Figures are median market benchmarks from the September 2026 snapshot.
Methodology
What affects the price
- Jurisdiction: the same activity costs from ~AED 5,500* in northern emirates to 25,000*+ in premium Dubai zones (DMCC, DIFC).
- Visa count: each residence visa adds its own government fees, medical and Emirates ID costs — billed on top of the license.
- Office option: a flexi-desk is included in most packages; a physical office or warehouse scales the price with size and emirate.
- Activity mix: up to three activities from the same group ride on one license at no extra cost; extra groups add fees.
Frequently asked questions
Calculator questions
How accurate is the calculator?
It uses the median package price of each jurisdiction from the September 2026 snapshot — a market benchmark, not a quote. The exact figure depends on your activity and package and is confirmed before any payment.
What is not included in the total?
Bank fees and minimum balances, medical insurance per visa holder, and any physical office rent — these are quoted separately. Government duties for visas are in the per-visa line.
Why do some zones cost three times more?
Premium zones price the address, clustering and banking recognition. For a fully remote business the budget zones deliver the same license rights; for client-facing work the premium can pay off.
Do renewals cost the same?
Renewals track the license fee annually and repeat every year — budget the license line as recurring. Visas renew on their own 2-year cycle.
