proconsultancy ("we", "the platform") is a consultancy platform for UAE company formation, published at proconsultancyuae.com in English and Russian. For any privacy question, reach us through the consultation form on the site.

What we collect

Consultation requests: if you ask for a consultation, we receive the contact details and business description you choose to share — name, email or phone, and the context of your request.

Local storage: your color-theme choice (light or dark) is stored in your browser's local storage. It never leaves your device.

Aggregate analytics: if and when analytics are enabled, we use aggregate, non-identifying statistics (page views, referrers). This section will be updated before any identifying tracking is switched on.

How we use it

Contact details are used for one purpose: to respond to your request and prepare the quote or consultation you asked for. We do not add you to mailing lists without your consent, and we do not sell or rent personal data to anyone.

Market data is public

License prices, timelines and catalog figures published on the platform are market benchmarks collected from public sources. They describe market offerings, not personal data.

Your rights

Under UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data (PDPL), you may request access to your data, its correction or deletion, and withdraw consent to processing. Send the request through the consultation form with the subject "Data request" and we will respond within a reasonable time.

Retention

Consultation details are kept for as long as needed to handle your request and any follow-up you asked for. Local storage entries stay in your browser until you clear them.

Changes

The "Updated" date at the top of this page changes when the policy does. Material changes are highlighted on the homepage for 30 days.
