    • Sending an email to the Dubai notary public with the following details:
    • Mobile number of the principal that is subscribed to the BOTIM app.

    • Valid IDs.
    • Notary public holds a video call via BOTIM app for verification of identities, and thereupon approves the POA.
    • The approved and stamped POA can be collected by the agent residing in Dubai/UAE from the office of the Dubai notary public.

    Online Notarization in Abu Dhabi

    The Abu Dhabi Judicial Department (ADJD) allows for convenient online notarization of a power of attorney. Here is the step-by-step process for online notarization:

    • A duly translated (English and Arabic) copy of the general POA is uploaded along with the identification cards of the principal, agent and the translator. On the portal of the ADJD, the payment can be made on the payment link gateway of ADJD.
    • ADJD will verify the identities of the principal and the agent by organizing a video call.
    • The digitally signed final copy of the general POA is emailed to the principal / agent.

Once the legalization process is finalized at the relevant departments, the POA will become valid for use in the UAE.
