I have already left the UAE. Can I still export my car?
Yes — this is the typical scenario for the mandate. You issue a vehicle export POA in favour of a representative in the UAE who obtains the export certificate, closes the registration steps and signs the customs and shipping papers in your name. If you are signing abroad, the document is notarized there and legalized for use in the UAE, so start before the shipping date is fixed.
What does the attorney actually receive for me?

The car is still under a bank loan. Is that a problem?
