It also includes the development side: building social applications, content tooling and integrations around these platforms.
One IFZA license allows up to three activities from the same group at no extra cost — for example, you can combine this activity with software development or marketing management and serve both lines of business with a single company.
The activity is licensed as a professional service. No external regulator approval is required at registration, and the company can trade both inside the free zone and internationally.
Included: SMM strategy, channel management, paid campaigns, content production, social app development and platform integrations.

FAQ
Frequently asked questions
Can I add more business activities to this license?
Yes. IFZA allows up to three activities from the same group under one license with no additional fee. Adding an activity from another group is possible for an extra charge.
Do I need to visit the UAE to register the company?
No. Incorporation is fully remote. You will need to enter the UAE only for residence visa stamping and Emirates ID biometrics if you take a visa.
Is the AED 10,000 share capital actually deposited?
No. The amount is stated in the memorandum but does not have to be paid in, unless you plan an investor visa, where a personal share of AED 48,000 is recommended.
How many visas can the company sponsor?
This package includes a quota of up to 3 residence visas: investor, employee and dependent visas combined.
How long does a corporate bank account take?
Typically 2–4 weeks after licensing, depending on the bank. A prepared KYC package — business model, contracts or invoices, source of funds — shortens the review.
What does the annual renewal cost?
From AED 12,900 per year: the license renewal plus the establishment card renewal. Insurance is billed separately per visa holder.
