The annual lease rent amounts to AED 1,750 per sqm, accompanied by an additional 10% annual service charge. A security deposit equivalent to three months is also required.

Please note that the application of Visa Immigration Fees is mandatory. The fees amount to AED 834 for the Establishment Card and AED 2,270 for online system activation.
