LAND LEASING TERMS
While the minimum lease term is set at five years, investors have the flexibility to extend their land lease for up to 25 years. What’s more, they also have the option to renew the lease for an additional 25 years. Initially, lease rates remain fixed for the first five years, with a subsequent rent review at the end of this period.
