Flydubai and Special Offer of a Free Ticket to Expo 2022!
Flydubai, an airline headquartered in Dubai, is a partner of Expo 2020. Therefore, this year, they have prepared a pleasant surprise for their customers – a one-day ticket for the World Expo – 2022 from 01 October 2021 to 31 March 2022 as a gift when booking a flydubai flight to Dubai. The offer is valid for all tickets purchased from 01 September for flights on those dates.
The promotion applies to all passengers travelling to Dubai on a flydubai itinerary receipt, including when booking a one-way flight or connecting flydubai flights with a layover in Dubai. The ‘Expo Free Ticket’ promotion is available to both business and economy class passengers.
Commenting on the launch of the promotion, Ghaith Al Ghaith, Chief Executive Officer of flydubai, said: “Expo 2020 is opening its doors to visitors and we are delighted to welcome visitors from around the world to Dubai. Flydubai connects Dubai to cities and countries where air connectivity to Dubai has been underdeveloped. The airline will use the promotion to help the UAE create a truly remarkable event. We are sharing in everyone’s excitement as we look ahead to Expo 2020, the global exhibition that will unite minds and create the future.
Over the course of 182 days, EXPO 2020 will bring together 191 countries and millions of people from across the globe. Together, they will be part of a unique event not to be missed. Each participating country will bring its own unique flavour. The programme includes up to 60 events per day and hundreds of different types of entertainment, from food, art and music to business and sporting events. People of all ages and activities will find something to see.
Jeyhun Efendi, flydubai’s senior vice president of commercial operations and e-commerce, said: “Over the summer, we have expanded our route network to over 95 destinations in 50 countries and will continue to add new destinations over the next few months. Recent launches to Minsk (Belarus), Salzburg (Austria) and Tirana (Albania) reflect this ambition. From September we will start flights to Ankara, Budapest, Ljubljana and Warsaw, which will allow even more people to visit the UAE. We will also resume flights to Helsinki and Zagreb in the next few weeks. The development of our fleet, which currently consists of 54 Boeing 737 aircraft, contributes to the expansion of our route network.
